How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Showedunderground Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You may write to us about:

  • How your call or message to Showedunderground Concrete was handled
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Showedunderground Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

What to Send

Email contact@showedunderground.homes and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
