Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Showedunderground Concrete wants showedunderground.homes to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a logical order
- Give meaningful images text alternatives
- Use strong color contrast so text is easy to read
- Keep the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some areas of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site now and then and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@showedunderground.homes and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@showedunderground.homes and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
